Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and wellness and have a proven track record in sales. This role involves promoting and selling our corporate wellness program to medium-sized businesses across Northeast Ohio.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets.

  • Identify and engage with potential clients, including HR professionals, executives, and business owners.

  • Present and demonstrate the Zero Doubt Club corporate wellness program, highlighting its unique features and benefits.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.

  • Track and report on sales performance, including lead generation, conversion rates, and customer feedback.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position Zero Doubt Club's offerings.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the health and wellness or corporate wellness industry.

  • Strong understanding of corporate wellness programs and their impact on employee health and productivity.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping others improve their health and wellbeing.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
